We coordinate the ownership perpetuation plan and oversee the ongoing implementation of the plan over the long term to maintain the business’ legacy. We also manage the integration of all the moving parts and technical aspects of the ownership perpetuation and business succession plan including ownership, leadership and governance to ensure business continuity. This role grows in importance as the business matures.
